What Happens in a CBT Session?

Your first session begins with a conversation about what you would like support with and what changes you would like to make. This helps us understand the patterns that may be influencing how you think, feel or respond to certain situations.

You will then be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state where the mind becomes calm and focused. In this state therapeutic techniques are used to help update subconscious patterns and encourage healthier responses.
